In general, you can visit our website on the internet without having to identify yourself and provide personal information about yourself. However, we may sometimes ask you for information. For example, to process a request for a quote, establish correspondence, submit an application for a position or register for one of our events.

Purpose of processing personal data

Collected when sending through contact forms or on the promotion address@tourisme-boulonnais.fr ou commercial@tourisme-boulonnais.fr

 

​The personal data collected on the site results from the voluntary communication of an email address when leaving an email message. Email addresses collected in this way are only used to send the requested information. The Communauté d’Agglomération du Boulonnais will keep the email address of each contact confidential. The length of time data shall be kept from submissions by contact forms and the promotion address@tourisme-boulonnais.fr ou commercial@tourisme-boulonnais.fr is: 12 months.

The secrecy of correspondence sent over the internet is not guaranteed. Each user is therefore solely responsible for the content of their correspondence. 

The recipients: 

The personal data collected during visitors' browsing, but also by public email addresses are sent directly to the Promotion-Communication-Marketing department at the Boulonnais Côte d'Opale Tourist Information Centre. Only the staff in this department are authorized to receive this type of information (processing,...) 

The electronic addresses collected will not be transferred to third parties, other organisations, or a third country. 

Software profile:

We use Google Analytics from Google -Alphabet Inc software to just analyse the data on our website. The retention time for profiling data is 36 months. The Google Analytics software conforms with GDPR. This software uses cookies. When first browsing the website, the visitor must accept the use of cookies using the tab at the bottom of the window. If the visitor accepts, they can continue browsing our site. If they refuse, they will be denied access. Acceptance implies the visitor's consent to the use of viewership data. 

COOKIES: 

Cookies are used on this site to analyse the service using Google Analytics. In any case, the user can freely manage and delete their cookies from their browser. To do this, you must follow the following links depending on the browser used: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer.

The sole purpose of traffic data is to enable us to analyse the use of our information pages in order to improve their content. Data relating to visitor navigation are not used by name. These are aggregate statistics that identify the most and least popular pages, preferred paths, activity levels by day of the week and time of day, major client or server errors, browser type, mobile system or desktop computer....

 

The right to data portability:

At any time, each visitor to the website has the right to request a copy of personal data in a structured format such as doc, xls, cvs, pdf, jpg. In order to do this, contact must be made via email to the address promotion@tourisme-boulonnais.fr

Access to personal data (modifications, rectification, deletion) 

The visitor to the website has the right to request access to his or her personal data held by the controller, but also the right to rectification, modification or deletion. The person concerned also has the right to request that the processing operation concerning him/her be limited, or object to the processing of his/her data.
